
SeproTec Multilingual Solutions is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the German market. Our new Business Development Manager will ideally be located in Germany and will report to our Executive Director in Madrid. He or she will have translation or localization sales background and knowledge of the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sustaining the company`s aggressive growth and focusing on the satisfaction of allocated clients through efficient after-sales service and project follow-up in Germany.
-Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportinities in Germany to increase SeproTec Multilingual Solutions presence in that country.
-Find, win and develop new business within new accounts while ensuring monthly and yearly budgets are met and new company revenue is generated.
-Demonstrate commercial acumen and good communication skills to be able to listen and understand client´s business needs, as well as identify where SeproTec Multilingual Solutions can benefit potential customers offering added value.
-Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and status reports for new clients.
-Proactively develop account management and implementing new business practices to deploy and streamline best processes,
-Helping Project Management and Vendor Management teams responsible for operational day-to-day activities to provide efficient support to our clients.

-Native German speaker with excellent verbal and written English language skills
-Other languages highly valued
-Advanced computer literacy in CRM applications (Salesforce) and MS Office
Desired Experience and Education:
-5 years sales experience in a similar role in the area of localization, translation, and account management.
-Consistent track record for identifying and converting new client opportunities
-Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships between both internal and external contacts
-Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing and sales or related field of study.
Location & travel:
Our new Business Development Manager will ideally be located in Germany and will work from a home office. Regular domestic and worldwide travel will be necessary.
